Classes for all abilities by experienced British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Teacher.

Classes include asanas (postures), pranayama (breath/energy control), and relaxation. Beginners and experienced students welcome. Just turn up, or get in touch for more details.

Thursday evenings, 7.15 to 8.45pm, starting from March 27th 2008

Classes held in the Crypt/Cafe area of All Saints Church, at the corner of Lovelace Road and Rosendale Road, West Dulwich, SE21 - entrance via double doors at bottom of outside steps. Map 

27th March 08 – 8th May 08 - £60 for the 7 classes if paid in advance
22nd May 08 – 10th July 08 - £70 for the 8 classes if paid in advance
Classes may be taken on a drop in basis, at £10 per class.

Crystal Palace, SE19

Monday evenings, 7.45 to9.15pm 

Classes held at the Phoenix Community Centre, Westow Street, Crystal Palace/Upper Norwood, SE19 (next to Sainsbury's supermarket) Map
£8.00 per session. Concessions available at £4.00.

Classes run regularly throughout the year, except for certain dates - it's best to call to check. There are definitely no classes on the following dates:
