CORPORATE YOGA

Improve the well-being and productivity of your workforce!
Julia can organise a course of 1 hour yoga classes (or ongoing, indefinite classes if you prefer) to be held in your workplace, either late morning/lunchtime, or just after work.

The course/classes will cover various aspects of yoga, including proper breathing, relaxation, and physical movement (asanas/postures).

Benefits include:
• for those whose work is fairly sedentary and/or computer based, yoga  practice can help to reduce/relieve neck and shoulder tension, and RSI/repetitive strain injury
• improved concentration/focus
• increased flexibility/suppleness
• increased energy
• fostering a calm attitude/state of mind.


A non-slip yoga mat is required. Participants may bring their own, or these can be supplied @ £13.50 each.

Cost: from £70 per hour session. An initial trial class may be paid at the time it is delivered, while further sessions will need to be paid in advance for blocks of 4 or more. Cancellation of pre-booked classes will be charged in full if less than 24 hours notice is given.


Ad hoc yoga sessions

An energising or relaxing yoga session can be provided as part of a training/presentation day, for staff and/or visiting clients, and can be a useful way of maintaining interest during conferences and lengthy meetings.  A (pre) lunchtime class of 30 mins to 1 hour can be ideal for stretching muscles, releasing physical tension, relaxing the mind, and freeing up creative brain cells; in addition it can be fun!  Handouts can be included of some of the practices used during the session if required.
